We understand that circumstances may arise requiring a change in your cleaning appointment. We offer free rescheduling if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Late rescheduling requests may incur a small fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We also do not offer refunds for work that has been completed. You can always reschedule at no extra charge!
